The Bible has many mentions of the word peace and being a peacemaker.  A soft answer helps defuse conflict.  Whereas venomous anger solves nothing.

Good writing gear:  Everyone should own nice pen and pencil set that doesn't come from a 5 pack at Walmart.  :)
